- Scope This Privacy Policy applies to all services related to RevMeter (hereinafter the "Service"). - Basic Policy of the Service The Service is a system monitor app that displays your Mac's system status (such as CPU, memory, disk, network, battery and thermal state) in real time. No account registration is required, and your information is never sent to any server operated by us. All information is processed solely on your device.
- Information We Obtain and How We Use It We obtain and use information in the Service as described below. All such information is processed only on your device and is never sent to any server operated by us or by any third party.
- Purposes of Use We use the information we obtain solely for the following purposes.
- External Communication The only case in which the Service communicates externally is when checking for the latest version of the App. In this case, the App sends its identifier to the Apple App Store (iTunes) and retrieves the latest published version number. This communication does not include any of your personal information or system information. Apple's handling of information is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
- Advertising and Analytics Tools The Service does not use any advertising delivery or third-party analytics tools whatsoever. Your activity history and device information are not collected by advertisers or other third parties.
- Prohibition of Improper Use of Data We prohibit the improper use of user data for any purpose. The data we obtain is used solely to provide the Service. We will never sell, lend, or otherwise improperly use user data to third parties.
- Prohibition of Improper Transfer of Data The Service is designed not to transmit your system information or usage to any external server. User data is not transferred to external third parties except where required by law. Where a transfer is necessary, we will obtain the user's explicit prior consent.
- Provision of Information We will not provide your personal information to third parties except in the following case.
- Rights of Users All information stored by the Service (the app settings) exists only on your device. You can completely delete it yourself at any time by deleting the App. If you have any questions, please contact our support team.
- Amendments to This Privacy Policy This Privacy Policy may be amended. For material changes, we will announce the details of the amendment to you in an easily understandable manner.

• System status information
CPU usage, memory usage, disk usage and free space, network throughput, battery status, and the system's thermal state are obtained through public APIs provided by macOS, and are used only to display this information on screen and in widgets. This information is neither stored nor transmitted externally.
• Process information
To display a list of the processes using the most CPU, we obtain the names and usage of processes running under your own user account. This information is used only for display and is neither stored nor transmitted externally.
• App settings
Settings such as the gauge/ring display style, launch at login, and whether to show the dashboard at startup are stored only on your device.
